  • The early history of policing

  • Women police officers

  • LGBT police officers

  • Specialist uniforms

  • Objects of activism and protest!

If you have any objects in these areas which you would like to share with us to help enrich the history displayed in our collections, please email:

History of the item(s), eg, who made it, its history, personal stories associated with it, etc.
