I lived at 16 Whitehawk Ave, a semi detached house that also had a police box at the front joining the two residences. My father was PC92 Bob Young. I can also recall numerous incidents of the locals knocking on our door at all hours, also the constables on the beat knocking on the internal door," got a cuppa missus". I joined the NSW Police in 1975, served 35 years. Bob Young Jr (rtd Sergeant)
